2. Acceptance
By using Hubbino, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Account & membership
- You are responsible for keeping your account and credentials secure.
- Joining clubs and attending events may require approval by organizers or admins.
- Membership levels may restrict or enable certain features or events.
4. Events & participation
- Organizers may set capacity limits, waitlists, minimum level, and participation rules.
- Participation is managed via RSVP; status changes (going / waitlist / cancelled) are recorded.
- For paid events, payment and refund terms are specified on the event page.
5. Community content
- You are responsible for content you share (text, photos, links). Do not infringe others’ rights.
- Illegal content, harassment, hate speech, incitement to violence, and spam are prohibited.
- Moderators/admins may remove or restrict content per the Community Guidelines.
6. Safety
Follow organizer instructions and local laws. Participation in activities is at your own risk.
7. Licenses
You grant the Operator a non-exclusive license to technically process and display your uploaded content as needed to provide the service. You retain all rights to your content.
8. Service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party content.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. Violations of these Terms may result in limitation or termination of access.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled by competent courts in Dubai, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
